Join us for a fun and meaningful week of movement, creativity, and connection! Our Eco Yogis Summer Camp is designed for children ages 8–11 to explore yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, and sustainability in a playful and supportive environment.

Each day is thoughtfully designed to offer a balance of movement, creativity, and meaningful learning. Campers will enjoy yoga and playful movement to build strength, flexibility, and confidence, along with group games that encourage connection, teamwork, and fun.
Through hands-on activities, children will explore ways to care for their bodies and the planet, including learning about nutrition from guest instructors and engaging in creative sustainability projects that spark curiosity and awareness.
Our goal is to create an environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel inspired while truly enjoying the experience.
We’ll take a special field trip to the beautiful Ruth Bancroft Garden, where campers will have the opportunity to explore a unique collection of plants and experience nature in an inspiring outdoor setting.
During our visit, we’ll enjoy a relaxed picnic together, learn about different types of plants and how they grow, and spend time observing the natural environment with curiosity and care.
As a hands-on activity, each child will plant their very own succulent to take home—giving them a meaningful way to continue caring for something living even after camp ends.
This camp offers a supportive and welcoming space where children can build confidence, try new things, and feel proud of themselves.
Through shared experiences, games, and group activities, campers will have plenty of opportunities to make new friends and strengthen social connections. Along the way, they’ll be introduced to simple, practical tools that encourage healthy habits—both physically and emotionally—that they can carry with them beyond the camp setting.
Most importantly, everything is designed to feel enjoyable, relaxed, and engaging.
No prior yoga experience is needed—just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to have fun!

Our kids yoga sessions introduce poses and the philosophy of yoga in a fun, playful, and age-appropriate way. Through movement, storytelling, and simple mindfulness practices, children learn skills that support confidence, focus, and kindness.

In this one-of-a-kind session, campers will learn simple, powerful breathing techniques that help them understand and manage their emotions — tools they can carry with them long after camp ends.
We’ll then settle into a calming 30-minute sound bath, where soothing vibrations help the nervous system relax and restore.
Kids will also get hands-on time exploring real instruments, making this an experience that’s equal parts grounding and fun.

At Superhero Nutrition Camp, kids explore food in a fun and exciting way through games, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons while learning how nutrition helps them grow strong, energized, and healthy!
Rainbow Foods Adventure

Our sustainability activities introduce big ideas in a fun, playful, and hands-on way that kids can easily understand and enjoy. Campers will learn about caring for our planet by exploring topics like reducing waste, saving water, and understanding where our food and everyday items come from. Through games, creative projects, and simple real-life examples, we’ll connect with nature, learn about plants and clean ingredients, and discover small ways we can make a positive impact. Most importantly, children will be encouraged to see themselves as thoughtful “eco leaders” who can help care for the world around them in their own unique way.
